The SC/ST Hub Scheme of NSIC is being implemented in Assam by the Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM) with the objective of promoting entrepreneurship and skill development among Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) youth. Under this scheme, ASDM facilitates skill training, entrepreneurship development programmes, capacity building, and exposure to market linkages to enhance self-employment and livelihood opportunities. The initiative aims to empower SC/ST beneficiaries by improving their technical skills, business capabilities, and access to government support mechanisms.
