EGM has a programme of creating entrepreneurs from amongst selected unemployed youth who demonstrate qualities of entrepreneurship. The selected youth are attached to established industrialists, businessmen, entrepreneurs who mould them so as to hone their skills of entrepreneurship till such time as they are able to venture on their own. Once they are so capable, they are provided with bank loan to start their own venture and thereafter their progress is tracked by their mentors.
