Purchase Orders (in case of existing business)/ Market survey details/ assurance letters from parties (in case of new business). Tie up arrangement with Purchasers of the Products
Agreements:-
If business premises is rented then copy of the rental deed Renal agreement must contain the rental plan in details including advance
If business premises is own, then the registration papers, tax receipts etc
Partnership deed (in case of partnership firm)
Registration/Licenses:-
License:- (Trade License)
SSI registration (can be done online)
Sales Tax Certificate (if applicable ) or VAT (WHERE NECESSARY)
Food * Drug Admin. License (in case of food related activity)
Commercial Electric connection (According to the load requirement of machines)
Bank details & Accounts:-
Bank statement for past 6 months ( Savings and Current )
If any type of loan is availed currently, Loan Statement and Sanction Letter of the loan/s
(in case of existing business) Last three years audited balance sheet, trading, P&L account
For Existing Business --Copies of ITR -if applicable
Payment of CIBIL Charges if applicable

All the documents signed by loan applicant/s. with Firm Seal
All loan applicants are requested not to pay any amount other than CIBIL Charges & Project Preparation Charges ( by independent CAs/Financial Consultants)
