How to Apply

Make sure that you are eligible for applying (Review the eligibility check list)

Applicant has to fulfil all the eligibility criteria eg- age, type of business, geographical area etc.

Complete the form to be filled

Ensure that you attach the following relevant documents:

  1. Recent coloured passport size photograph.
  2. Identity Proof containing photograph- PAN card, Voter Identity card, Driving License, Passport etc.
  3. Address proof- Voter Identity Card, Ration Card, Driving License, Passport etc.

Pay the required fees:

  • The Applicant need not pay any fee for submission of application form

Note: This procedure is applicable for EGM scheme, currently being undertaken with CII-BYST
