Steps for applying

Advertisement for e-Procurement

Selection of Skill Training Provider (STP) on the basis of training infrastructure in Assam, trades, certification and past placement record etc.

Approval of skill training provider by Executive Committee

Approval of STP from panel short listed by Bid Evaluation Committee

Signing of MoA/ work order with STP

Signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the approved STP
Submission of Bank Guarantee by the STP
Issue of formal work order

Training

Training of Trainees selected through thorough mobilization process in the selected trades with free Uniform, food and lodging etc.
Study Material/ Kits
Attendance
Examination
On job training
Certification
Monitoring- Internal & 3rd Party Placement
In and outside the State with a salary equivalent to not less than minimum wages of the State Continuous employment for at least 90 days

Post Placement Tracking

Appointment letter/offer letter
Salary slip / HR Documents/ Bank statement of salary account.
Evaluation by EGM
