Steps for applying
Advertisement for e-Procurement
- Selection of Skill Training Provider (STP) on the basis of training infrastructure in Assam, trades, certification and past placement record etc.
Approval of skill training provider by Executive Committee
- Approval of STP from panel short listed by Bid Evaluation Committee
Signing of MoA/ work order with STP
- Signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the approved STP
- Submission of Bank Guarantee by the STP
- Issue of formal work order
Training
- Training of Trainees selected through thorough mobilization process in the selected trades with free Uniform, food and lodging etc.
- Study Material/ Kits
- Attendance
- Examination
- On job training
- Certification
- Monitoring- Internal & 3rd Party Placement
- In and outside the State with a salary equivalent to not less than minimum wages of the State Continuous employment for at least 90 days
Post Placement Tracking
- Appointment letter/offer letter
- Salary slip / HR Documents/ Bank statement of salary account.
- Evaluation by EGM
